Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.
CHI reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We apologize, but currently we are unable to ship orders to destinations outside of the United States. If you would like to place an order, and ship outside of the United States. We recommend using a Parcel Service (shop2ship.com).
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Business Days:
Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- If you place your order after the cutoff times, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
- We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Priority shipping orders received before 12PM (noon) EST will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time do not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 12PM (noon) EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping charges are based on order totals and CHI offers free shipping on all orders over $100, excluding tax.
If shipping to PO Boxes, please select Sure Post as shipping option. We thank you for your understanding.
*Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
